By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

Payment

• Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Prices may vary depending on complexity or additional requests.

• Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before being charged.

Revisions

• Reasonable revisions may be requested during the sketch/concept stage.

• Major changes requested after approval of a sketch or concept may require an additional fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your commission before work has begun for a full refund.

• Once work has begun, refunds will be determined based on the amount of work already completed.

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.

Usage

• Commissions are for personal use unless commercial use has been discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

• You may post and share your commission with credit.

• You may not resell, reproduce for profit, or claim the artwork as your own creation without permission.

• I retain the rights to my work and may display completed commissions in my portfolio or social media unless otherwise agreed upon.

General

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary. I will communicate if a significant delay occurs.

• Please provide clear references and information when placing your commission.
